2007 Team Announced

I would like to formally introduce four new team members to the JW Dundee's Cycling Team for 2007.

Brian Gee has been racing with the GVCC for the past couple of seasons and recently received his category 4 upgrade. Brian is a new dad, teaches English at Brighton HS, and likes beer. He also loves racing and training and is generally a good egg. He should fit right in. Welcome, Brian!

Mike Burri has also been racing with the GVCC for two years, although cycling and sports in general are no stranger to Mike. Mike trained very hard this past year and was always a factor in the GVCC club races, finishing the overall series in 8th place. He also recently upgraded to category 4. Mike is married to an aerobics and spinning instructor, so he needs to get on his bike to relax! Glad to have you aboard, Mike.

Most of you know Cindy Dunn very well, and we're pleased to have her join our team. Cindy has distinguished herself on the road in a very short time with some great results locally, regionally, and nationally. Now Yvette will have someone to ride off the front with. It's great you're with us, Cindy!

Helping to bolster the JW Dundee's promotion in Buffalo is Dan Staffo. Most of us know Dan as one of our local legends; to me, he is just one of those "fast guys from B-Lo". It was necessary to bring Dan to the team so that he can interpret Mahoney's miscellaneous ramblings for the rest of us. Thanks Dan.

All of last year's team members, with the exception of Jon, will return. Please join me in welcoming our new team members.
